After delivering a successful 'Go Live' I will ensure the correct management of your Expense system is in place. I can train your internal Shared Services/Finance teams and conduct a full day knowledge transfer session. This will ensure that the team your Business chooses to manage the solution internally, has the right level of knowledge to support the solution going forward. As part of the knowledge transfer, it is also important to recognise that there are certain Roles that will need to be assigned to the teams that will be involved in the ongoing maintenance if you are using an SAP Concur platform.
